As we provide property management services, we accept rent on your behalf and submit the payments as per your request, responds to and address maintenance issues, assist to the landlords for moment of property is expected to be vacant or lying vacant, and doing credit and background checks on tenants.

In exchange for the service we provide, we charge landlords a 10% of the gross rent collected each month, in addition to rental service charges. If disclosed in the management agreement, repair costs may be marked by us subject to certain conditions. We also manage construction, development, repair and maintenance of a property for which work is started after submission, approval of cost- estimate. We enter in contract before proceeding ahead with work.

Special attention is given to Landlord/Tenant law and most commonly evictions, non-payment, harassment, reduction of pre-arranged services, and public nuisance are legal subjects that gain the most amount of attention from us for which we enter into special contract with you.

Repairing activity as water/ sanitary pipelines, water proofing, seepage problems, anti-termite treatment, internal & external painting, wood work old & new etc. are undertaken by us.
